09/24/2026 MEET JUDE! 

Jude is a 6-year-old male Great Dane weighing around 150 pounds — yep, he’s a BIG boy with an even bigger personality! 

Jude was surrendered to the MORGAN COUNTY, OH  Dog Pound by a younger couple, and we’re really hoping we can find this big guy the home he deserves.

House trained
Crate trained
Knows sit & stay
Does well with children
Does well with other dogs, but because of his size and energy, a meet-and-greet with resident dogs is important.
Not good with cats — he will chase them.
LOVES toys, especially toys shaped like food! 

Jude is a very hyper, excited and sometimes pushy boy, so he will need someone willing to give him structure, patience, exercise and continued training. He’s a big goofy Great Dane who just wants attention and someone to love.

Jude is currently at the MORGAN COUNTY Dog Pound, and we are already over our normal capacity. We are not a no-kill facility, so we are desperately hoping to find Jude a loving adopter or reputable rescue placement before his situation becomes more urgent.
