The Largest “Puppy” in Puppy Bowl History Is Looking for His Person.

 BIG DOG. BIGGER HEART. INTERNET-FAMOUS SNUGGLER. 

Meet Levi, a Great Dane with movie-star credentials and Olympic-level cuddling skills. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be adored by 150 pounds of affectionate, goofy, Velcro dog, Levi is ready to apply for the position of your full-time best friend.

Fun fact: Levi is a Puppy Bowl celebrity. At just 5 months old and already 75 pounds, he served as a stand-in puppy for Puppy Bowl XX, making him the largest “puppy” Puppy Bowl has ever had. His photos are out there too — you can even Google his Puppy Bowl pictures. Fame hasn’t gone to his head though… he’s still mostly interested in climbing into your lap and being the world’s largest cuddle bug.

Levi’s favorite activities include:
• Snuggling
• More snuggling
• Perfecting the art of becoming a 150-lb weighted blanket
• Training (because this boy is wicked smart)

And when we say smart, we mean it. Levi has quite the résumé: AKC CGC, CGCA, CGCU, Advanced Tricks, Therapy Dog Novice, all three levels of AKC Fit Dog, and Rally Novice. He is also a fully trained service dog, performing tasks like forward momentum, fallen soldier, finding exits, and bracing. He has worked comfortably in restaurants, hotels, and public spaces, and he travels like an absolute professional.

• Crate trained (though he strongly prefers beds with humans)
• Fantastic traveler and public companion
• Great with children
• Dog selective
• Cats are extremely fun to chase

Levi currently lives with another dog that he does not get along with, and there have unfortunately been two fights between them that resulted in bites. Because of this, Levi will need a dog-savvy home where he can be carefully managed around other dogs, particularly very high-energy dogs.

At the end of the day, Levi’s biggest goal in life is simple: find his human and love them with his entire enormous heart. He bonds deeply, stays close, and believes snuggling is a full-contact sport.
