Daisy

Daisy came into rescue in October when her family found that as a puppy she was just too much to handle. She went into a foster home who immediately fell in love with her. She is living with another dane and meeting new people and animals She is learning what the outside world is all about and we are so excited for her. Thank you the Warren family for opening your home and your hearts to this beautiful girl. Congratulations to all.

Daisy is 6 months old. She is super sweet, curious and listens pretty well She is very food oriented which helps with her training and also she has a good appetite. She is doing fine with her house training so far. She needs a lot more work on the leash, however, because walking with her on leash is like walking that proverbial Tyrannosaurus rex. She will get better with practice. Daisy is not crate trained but we will start that immediately. She needs more socializing as typical sounds “outdoor sounds” seem to be foreign to her. She takes a minute to warm up to folks but that will improve with more practice as well. She gets along with other dogs, bug and small. Not sure about cats.
