Kira

Kira has been adopted! She joins her canine siblings Finn, a shepherd mix and Harrison (adopted from MAGDRL earlier this year) as well as two human siblings. She does fit in beautifully there, is wonderful with the kids and as you can see in the pics, she is very loved. So congratulations to the family on their new addition.

Say hello to Kira, a stunning 2-year-old Blue Great Dane with natural ears and a heart as big as her paws! Weighing in at 100 pounds of love, Kira is a sweet, shy soul who’s learning that the world can be a safe and happy place.

Though she may be a little timid at first, once you earn Kira’s trust, you’ll discover a loyal, loving companion who sticks by your side through thick and thin. She’s affectionate on her own terms—but when she chooses you, it’s forever.

Kira thrives around children and other large dogs, especially ones who enjoy a good game of chase or tug-of-war. Her favorite activities include fetching balls, zooming around the yard, and engaging in playful doggy antics with her furry friends. She has energy to burn and will flourish in a home that can give her the exercise and structure she needs to feel confident and fulfilled.

Kira is wonderful in the car, is house/crate and leash trained and knows basic commands.
