Welcome to our available dogs page. If you are interested in adopting, please read through our adoption procedures and then contact your local coordinator. We do not hold a dog for a potential adopter while they are going through the adoption process. Already approved adopters have priority over potential adopters going through the adoption process. If you would like to adopt from MAGDRL, but do not see a dog you are currently interested in, we recommend going through the process anyway as we are continually bringing in new dogs. Adoption approvals are good for one year.
Behr Came to MAGDRL in April 2024 (2) Children: Good Dogs: Good Large Dogs Cats: Good Behr came to us through no fault of his own as his owner’s living situation had changed. He was hopefully going to be an emotional support dog as he has an easy going temperament.

The Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League, Inc. (MAGDRL) was organized in 1979 to serve the seven states of the Mid-Atlantic region. The organization is a DC corporation and has a charitable tax-exemption under 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
